    My mornings are my quiet time to focus and get ahead of my work. I love using the 90 minutes from 3:30 am-5:00 am to plan out my day, write, and read a few pages of whatever book I’m reading at that time. I’ve found that if I can use this time effectively, I’m much more productive throughout the rest of my day. One new habit that I’ve integrated into my morning ritual has been meditation, and it’s been rather calming for days that my “To-Do” list is overwhelming.
