    I also would like to share a weird advice someone gave me. A friend once told me that if you’re not feeling happy or great put on a big smile. Even if it’s a fake smile, the body will accept it as genuine and will make you feel better.

    I don’t know if there is any scientific evidence that will back this up but each time I feel unhappy, I just put on a big fake smile and it makes me feel better. Try it. It works.
