  1. This is very helpful. As a noob in practicing mindfulness, I make sure that it is part of my daily habit. In fact I can say that for 6 months in making this as part of my habit, it reduces my stress and anxiety level. Before, I couldn’t handle it, I get angered, stressed and get negative all the time. Now, I can handle it..I don’t know if 6 months is short for you but I can attest, Mindfulness training has positive impact in my life.
