We can say sticks and stones can break our bones, but words will never hurt…but that’s just not true. Words have an impact and if we let it, we can let negative criticism paralyze us.

 

Criticism can come from anyone  – family, friends, our supervisors, teachers, co-workers and even strangers.

 

So the question is, how can we deal with it? Here is an outstanding motivational video providing some advice on how to deal with other people’s negative opinions.
