    Some years back, I wrote down four to five long-term goals on a notepad at home in no order. I gave myself a time frame to achieve each of them and I am happy to say I did!

    I did start my day with a to-do list, however, have given up on this practice in the past two months. Mainly because I did not finish most items on this list. But as you said, even achieving 1 – 2 items on the list must be enough. Let me start all over again!!
    I have a long way to go before I rest! 🙂

    Write it down.

    Too often we have a jumbled mess of thoughts in our heads. Unfortunately, while they are up there, it can be difficult to assemble them into something understandable. Get them out of your head on onto a piece of paper so that you may properly process and organize them.
