Here is a step by step way to increase blog traffic to your blog.
Open your Google Console and click the ‘Search Traffic’ button. Under that click ‘Search Analytics‘ and select Impressions and CTR (click through rate).
Look for keywords that earn many impressions but low CTR. I personally target anything under 10%. Click on the little box with the arrow next to the keyword that meets your criteria.
Once the Google Search opens look for YOUR post. Edit the post and give it a new attractive headline and keyword.
A good formula for a headlines is:
“number or trigger word / adjective / keyword / promise.”
Instead of: “Pest Removal Ideas That Work!”
You’d use: “4 Unique Pest Removal Ideas That Actually Work!”
Give Google at least 5 days to acknowledge the changes that you made. After this time you will definitely will get a higher CTR! In turn, Google will increase your rankings because they want content that gets more click through; and you’ll get more organic traffic.
