    Re exercise: I was the same as you until I read a little book called “One step can change your life” by Dr Robert Maurer.

    In the book he tells the story of the woman who had a big weight problem but who couldn’t or wouldn’t find the time to take exercise. Dr Maurer suggested that she just march on the spot in front of the TV during a commercial break for one minute every evening!

    To cut a long story short the woman did what he suggested. Soon she was marching to all the commercials and eventually she started taking proper exercise.

    I decided to try the same thing and one year later I’m now walking 2 miles daily!
