  1. I learned years ago that success means different things to different people at different times in their lives. The quest is to finally come to an agreement with yourself as to what you mean by success. That can, and usually does, change as one matures. In the early years many people equate success with money. That is a trap. There will always be someone who has more. And just how much is enough? Success has to bring peace to a person. That peace is almost never found in riches. Instead it has more to do with a sense of balance and fulfillment. I am a Keynote speaker on the topic of the impact of fear on performance, productivity and personal satisfaction. They are inextricably linked. Finding the right combination will give you a much better sense of success than anything else.
