    I would agree that there are certain melodies that help to boost concentration. When I was in College, I preferred that I put my earphones on to listen my fave songs particularly R&B genre. I find it very useful. My dormmate wondered how I manage to study while listening. She found it very distracting. There’s a psychological explanation to that though. Anyway, one thing I’m drinking to boost my concentration and to improve the brain function is a smoothie – any flavor, any fruits or veggie I’m so loving it. What makes it a brain booster is, due to the spirulina powder that I mixed in. It is algae that aid in the recovery of neurons. I haven’t thought about chewing gum that it can boost concentration, I think it can be more destructive – my opinion. This is great post though!
